Calls/Texts 9am-7pm WEEKDAYS ONLY Event Days/Times: Monday-Thursday 10am-11pm Friday-Sunday 10am-1am (6 Hours For all events included cleanup/set up) All Pricing Includes: WiFi/Bluetooth Speaker, Round, Square and Cocktail Tables, Chiavari Chairs, Black or White Table linen, Silver/Gold or rose gold Charger plates for up to 60 guest ****Specials: Events booked on Weekdays Monday-Thursday received $200 off Packages ****ADDITIONAL HOURS (Before event time only) $100 per hour Alcohol: ALCOHOL IS ONLY ALLOWED BY A LICENSED BARTENDER. Smoking: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING except for E-pens allowed If any of these rules is violated your deposit will be forfeited…(No standing around in front or back of building, if need to smoke must go to your vehicles) Refund/cancellation policy:DEPOSITS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL. Cleaning: NO DECOR CAN BE ATTACHED TO THE WALLS, CEILING, Etc., NO CONFETTI. ALL DECOR,BATHROOMS,BAR AREA ,KITCHEN AREA, AND TRASH MUST BE PUT IN THE OUTSIDE DUMPSTER. IF ANY TRASH/DECOR LEFT BEHIND OCCUPANTS DEPOSIT FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED. OCCUPANTS MUST START CLEANING THE LAST HOUR OF THE EVENT. YOU CAN HIRE MY CLEANING TEAM TO CLEAN AFTER YOUR EVENT FOR $200 MUST BE PAID 7 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT OR WILL BE TAKEN FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT… Damages: IF THERE ARE ANY DAMAGES TO VENUE OCCUPANTS DEPOSIT WILL BE DEDUCTED. JUSTGLAM EVENTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/STOLEN PROPERTY… Parking : Is allowed to park on residential street and in tire shop parking lot. No parking in the alley area.
